Appointment Payment and Scheduling
Paying for Your Appointment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. The total cost of the appointment, minus the reservation fee, is due at the end of the appointment.
About the Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to hold your appointment, and blocks anyone else from booking the time we’ve dedicated for you.
This deposit is not an additional charge, it’s subtracted from the total cost of your procedure once your first session is complete.
Rescheduling an Appointment
You can reschedule your appointment online up to 72 hours in advance and we’ll roll your $50 reservation fee over to apply to the rescheduled appointment.
We understand things come up! Please give us a call if you need to reschedule within 72 hours. A new $50reservation fee to hold the new time slot will be required to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment.
Can We Work with You?
We are unable to work on your brows without a signed note from an appropriate physician if any of the below apply:
- You get keloid scarring
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have been on Accutane within 1 year, or are on Retin-A or Retinol.
- You are undergoing Chemotherapy
- You have Epilepsy
Finally, we are only able to work with clients who are 18 years of age and up.

If you’ve had previous microblading or permanent brow work done in the past, we may not be able to deliver the great results we want.
If you've had work done in the past, please don’t book a full initial session but schedule a Design Consultation instead so we can see the work in person and discuss realistic outcomes.
Design Consultations are free, and we're glad to chat about the best options for your situation even if those options don’t include us.
